Our Beginner Class
Learn the basics of boxing and then exercise your proficiency in this exciting 60 minute class.
The first half of class reviews terminology and proper execution of the fundamentals of boxing (ie: boxing stance, south paw, orthodox, jab, cross, hook, uppercut, footwork) while the second half of class allows you to utilize the new skills as you shadow box in front of a mirror, hit the heavy bag and do pad work with our instructor. Boxing 101 is an indispensable class for beginners, or those who want to refresh their skills. Members can continue to take this Beginner class until they feel comfortable enough to move up a level. This class is limited to 10 students to ensure individual attention. Signing up ahead of class is strongly recommended to ensure your place.
