At Striking Beauties, our Lil Striker and Striker non-contact boxing classes teach children the fundamentals of boxing to help instill positive habits and values, improve their ability to focus, gain self-confidence, and develop the ability to defend themselves. Our youth boxing classes are about learning hard work, discipline, determination as well as respect and perseverance in a supportive and safe environment while making friends and having fun!
