I can't even tell you how cool it is that there's a place like [Striking Beauties] for so many difference types of women! It really does run the gamut from professional athlete to "I've let myself go for the last 10 years"!! But really, I find myself both inspired by the more athletic women, and comforted by the ones who are more on my level. Whenever I walk in, I know that no matter what kind of day or workout I'm having, I will both be pushed and encouraged, or comforted and consoled!

The wonderful thing about the sisterhood of women is just that. We know what each other needs, and at what time. We can be tough with each other, or supportive and compassionate. I mean, when you have a professional World Champion boxer who completely kicks your ass for an hour then goes and cuddles her adorable baby....that is just the full spectrum of what it is to be a strong woman!

All of the trainers I have worked with are amazing, talented women! I truly appreciate every miniute of their time, and strive to learn as much as I can from their experiences and success.

I am so proud to be a member of Striking Beauties. I have never felt so strong, successful and empowered. I have been battling weight since I was little. My journey may be a long one, but the wonderful trainers and members of Striking Beauties make me feel like I will finally reach my goals. I joined Striking Beauties about 3 weeks ago and I can not explain how awesome I feel and how happy I am I joined this gym.  The trainers are incredible and make you feel so good about yourself. This gym is so much better than any other gym I have joined (I have joined a total of 5 gyms in my life). I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to make a change in themselves. I go to the morning classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and they are fabulous. I can not always keep up with every one else in the class, but they are all so understanding. I don't have to worry about what everyone else thinks because they are not staring at me and laughing.  I am in hopes to lose 20 pounds before my wedding date on October 24, 2010 and the trainers believe that I can do it and now so do I :)

This is a fabulous place to go if you want to learn how to believe in yourself and make yourself feel so much better health wise. I will never join another gym this is definitely the place for me. I love it so much I asked my maid of honor to join and she did and she loves it just as much as I do. Trust me it is money well spent!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE belonging to Striking Beauties. It has really changed my life, I feel better than I ever have. It's just awesome there. I have always loved boxing, and I can't believe that *I* can do it!

I can't tell you enough how I absolutely love this gym!!!  I have never loved any gym more then this-  it's the best thing- I love everything about it ! I am so committed to this and can't wait to see the improvements in myself as well as all the friends I have there!! I have already noticed a difference in my body and my stamina, my energy level,the way my cloths fit etc -  love it and the support I get at the gym!!!

Striking Beauties is a unique, personal gym that truly takes an interest in the individual needs and levels of each member.  I never thought I would enjoy or join a boxing gym, but the classes are empowering and fun!  I'm loving the sense of accomplishment I feel after a workout.

I have multiple gym memberships but I feel what sets Striking Beauties aside is the one-on one attention.  Because it's smaller, you get to know everyone, there’s less intimidation and I feel bad not to go - like you're letting them down!  It is a true family and that helps get me there.

I have belonged to a martial arts program for 15 years, and I never thought I would find another place I would feel as comfortable in. Well, I was wrong!

Not only do I get a great workout, but I enjoy every second of it because of the people who teach and the members. Everyone is warm, friendly, caring, and most of all, DRIVEN! This combination is hard to come by. I have to be at my best at each class in order to get the most out of it, but also to afford my partners the same.

Since I joined Striking Beauties,  I feel amazing, healthier, and have more energy (and my pre-baby clothes are starting to fit again) which is great! I also feel more confident and stronger and really enjoy the classes. It’s a great stress reliever as well as an outstanding workout!

I always look forward to going to the gym and never feel like I’m dragging myself to get there. That alone says a lot about this gym! Also, what I love is that I get to bring my kids with me. They love going too, because they get to play while I get a great workout. The staff is so friendly and caring. I feel very comfortable and so happy to have found such a wonderful group of people in my life.
