It’s here…well, ok maybe not today, but I swear Spring and the warm weather will be back soon!! And you know what that means—BIKINI SEASON!!!! Yuk! Way too many Oreo’s this week to think about squeezing into a bathing suit anytime soon. But don’t fear, our SPRING SCHEDULE of kick-butt, lose the gut, get your a– in shape, classes are here!

Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank the USA Boxing officials for an informative and very interesting coach’s and officials’ certification clinic today.
